The Luxflowers website is owned and run by The Luxflowers. browsing or using this website, you agree to the terms, conditions and disclaimers herein as amended from time to time. By purchasing an item advertised on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Luxflowers may amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any amendment will become effective immediately. Your continued use of this website after amendment constitutes an agreement to abide by and be bound by those Terms and Conditions, as amended.

 

Availability

Flowers are a living product. They are seasonal and perishable so on occasion a particular item may not be available. We therefore reserve the right to provide substitute items if a particular item is not available on a required delivery date. Substituted items when supplied are always of an equal or greater value.

 

Delivery

Include full and correct delivery details with your order including phone and mobile phone numbers any Incorrect or incomplete recipient information may cause delivery delays or difficulties for which we cannot be held liable. If the intended recipient is not at the delivery address or if a suitable 3rd party is not available to receive delivery on their behalf when a delivery is attempted our standard procedure is to make telephone contact with the intended recipient to arrange alternative delivery arrangements and / or we will leave the order with an immediate neighbour and a calling card advising the intended recipient where their order has been left. Failing this a calling card is left for the intended recipient advising them to contact us to make alternative arrangements.

If the delivery is to a work place, a suitable 3rd party, such as a receptionist, may accept delivery on the intended recipients behalf.

Specific delivery times cannot be accepted unless agreed and confirmed by us in advance.

We shall have no liability to you for any delay or failure to deliver products ordered that is caused by events or circumstances beyond our control, including breakdowns, accidents etc.

 

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or amend your order, please notify us as soon as possible by telephone or email, preferably 24 hours before the delivery date. We can then cancel or amend your order. Payment

We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Laser Cards. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. To ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure, Luxflowers uses Stripe online payment their payment system uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the Internet. We do not hold your credit card details on the website or on our customer database. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.

All transactions require CVV2/CVC2 verification.
